What a great turn out for the Royal City athletes who took home 16 medals and had 20 top 5 finishes!

Congratulations to Hannah Vorell, Robin Rohu, Katelyn Stewart-Barnett, Nuzhat Rahmen, Emma Dolman, Kaitlyn Heslop, Christina Heslop, Lindsay Goudron, Zuzanna Liniewski, Jeremy Belcher, Constantin Georgas, Ryan Goudron, Evan Beckers and Levi Tuura for their outstanding performances.

Taking home the gold are Katelyn Stewart-Barnett (15-16 for 400m and 1500m), Lindsay Goudron (13-14 discus), Jeremy Belcher (17-18 200m), Ryan Goudron (15-16 1500m steeple chase) and Levi Tuura (13-14 high jump).

Taking home the silver are Robin Rohu (13-14 400m), Christina Heslop (17-18 1500m steeple chase), Zuzanna Liniewski (17-18 hammer), Jeremy Belcher (17-18 100m), Ryan Goudron (15-16 400m), Evan Beckers (15-16 1500m) and Levi Tuura (13-14 javelin).

Taking home the bronze are Hannah Vorell (15-16 400m), Nuzhat Rahmen (17-18 1500m) and Constantin Georgas (17-18 200m).

Congratulations to the athletes who got in an early meet at the UBC Open this past weekend.  Jeremy Belcher, Jarret Chong, Zuzanna Liniewski and JV Patry-Smith all had top 10 finishes.

Special shout out to Jarrett Chong for throwing a monstrous PB of 62.79m with the senior weight javelin!

And a shout out to JV Patry-Smith for opening her collegiate career with a PB of 43.96m and making A Standard for NAIAs. That gives her the golden ticket to NAIA finals in Alabama!
