Pre Season Training

Our pre season training program for athletes aged 10 and older runs from the fall thru to March and works on core strength and conditioning to prepare athletes for the outdoor competitive season.

Practices are held at outdoor and indoor facilities and consist of running workouts and core strength conditioning.

Track Rascals begin in April.

An extra beginner practice time will be added if

there is sufficient interest in the 12-14 y/o category
