Pre-Season Training

Our pre-season training program for competitive athletes ages 11+runs from the fall thru March, depending on age and competitive level and works on core strength and conditioning to prepare athletes for the outdoor competitive season. Practices are held in indoor and outdoor facilities and consist of running workouts and core strength conditioning. The program is optional and for competitive registered athletes only. Track Rascals begin in April.

Pre-season competitive training registration fees are included in our competitive memberships. This training is not mandatory but available to those that are interested in getting a jump on the season and are not already busy with other sports.
