Congratulations to Royal City Track and Field Club XC runners Milena Kalisch, 11, Sabine Girt, 12, and Shea Janke, 13,  for their determined performances at the end of the season National Cross Country race in Vancouver on Saturday, November 29th. The event which included competitors from all over the province, and potentially, the country, took place alongside the National Cross Country Championships. The trio won gold medals in their respective age-groups for their strong races in very tough wintery conditions!
