Two Royal City Track & Field Club Athletes were recognized at the Junior Development (JD) Awards Banquet on October 27, 2013. Athletes are selected for recognition by meeting the JD Awards Standards set by BC Athletics.

The athletes were:

• Jenevieve Patry-Smith (Discus – 25.99m, Javelin – 28.67m)
• Grace Fetherstonhaugh (2000m – 6:40.89)
