While our club fees remain the same as 2023, effective January 15, 2024 BC Athletics has increased their fees to all members.  This is beyond our control. Our registration fees continue to be one of the lowest in the province!  The low fees are largely due to the volunteer commitment from our coaches and our member families.

Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.

Included with your registration fee is:

• BC Athletics fee. Please note that the BC Athletics fee is mandatory for all athletes and covers liability insurance for meets.
• Access to coaching for training and competitions
• Equipment for training sessions
• Equipment replacement
• Annual Banquet
• Trophies, awards, and recognition of thanks to volunteers and coaches
• Daily operation expenses for accounting, printing, postage, copying, etc.
• RCTFC training shirt

Note there are registration caps on the number of athletes in each age group in order to ensure they receive adequate training.

Any post secondary athletes that are returning members of Royal City Track & Field Club within the past one year, will receive a scholarship covering the cost of their registration.  Please contact the registrar (registrar@royalcitytrack.ca) for your free promo code.

Email correspondence will only be sent to those families that have registered for the current season.  Please ensure if you have multiple emails that they are all included at time of registration.

A note specific to Track Rascals:  You are eligible to register your athlete for one evening per week only, either Tuesday OR Thursday.  If you register for one evening and you receive the message that the age group is already full and you receive the recommendation to wait list, please be sure to check if the other evening still has space available before you agree to wait list on a night that is already full.
